so i've been exercising, and eating healthy, in fact i went back to phase one for a couple of days.
so why did i just gain 5kg in 4 days?????

in what parallel universe does that even make any sense?!

and i'm sure it's not just my weighing scale because i do feel heavier! and my waistbands are a bit tighter today! is this just pms? because that's a serious case of bloating if there ever was one!

this is so not fair!

In one of my medical books it said that when a woman ovulates there is weight gain. I also noticed this when I ovulate. I cut back at sodium because it retains fluid.

It'll be better in a few days. Promise.

i understand how you feel. me gani i look at my arms and dako siya.. kalimot ko i've been doing weights.. so nidako gyud..mura nakog boy.

i agree with malou. i read that somewhere, too. =)

there really are a lot of things in the world that do not make sense. my hip and waist size, for example. *grin*

mai - ok, i'll look for a diuretic tea. i've just been drinking lots of green tea so far. it's so weird coz in the months when i cheated a lot and indulged in carbs, i didn't even gain weight! nya karon nuon na good girl ko...

aileen - i really hope it's just hormonal. or maybe i am packing more muscles because of boxing. sigh. please let it be hormonal.

my personal trainer also told me that -- that muscles are heavier than fats. that should explain the extra pounds. =)

and i'm enjoying this exchange because yes there are a lot of things that don't make sense. like why a small girl like me has this belly for crying out loud. kenkoy kaayo siroy uy!

and mai, i love doing weights too i feel strong and hip. i wish ma tone na akong arms like michelle obama, but i know there is no fast forward to such things.

t! - kenkoy ka diha. i really hope not kay maguba tanang plans. =( i think combination lang jud siguro of bloating and muscle build up. i think my arms are a little bigger too kay nag increase ang muscles but the fat is still there. hahahaha! paet!
