well, that's what i just did. i brisk-walked for 30 minutes after dinner. the breeze was cool, the park was quiet, and i felt much better. =)
perhaps tonight i can sleep uninterrupted.

I like doing walks too Pat. It allow me to day dream while walking, observe people, and just be myself..
When I got preggy with the boys, I was very lazy. All I wanted to do was sleep. I'm glad you're starting it right.
chelo - i really hope so! now pa lang my clothes are starting to feel a bit tight na and i'm so worried.
mai - i really love walking, esp at night here because the breeze is very nice (we're near the beach man), and it's not init.
i'm actually feeling very lazy but i force myself to exercise because i feel better. my body looks for it man.
