i forgot to keep track of what i ate over the weekend. i'm sure it was more of the same things. except that sundays are pancake days. so i had a couple of small pancakes for breakfast yesterday. yum!
manuel cooked. he loves to cook. he wishes he could work as a chef instead of crunching numbers all day. so every weekend the kitchen is his.
you should taste his baked chicken. it's the best in the world! if anyone of you manages to apparate over here, i will ask him to cook his baked chicken for you.

hello pat! can he share what he mixes with the best baked chicken in the world please? :)
i love watching travel and living and at times, it comes to my mind that i should've studied culinary, too. one of my favorite chefs there is kylie wong. :)
chelo - oh, you should really try it! it's so good you'll want to lick your fingers. =P and bahog the sarsa as well. ahahahahha. not good!
vicky - i'll ask manuel if he wants to divulge his secret. =D
merci beaucoup!
i just need new chicken menus for the family. it's okay not to divulge the exact ingredients :)
vicky - he won't share daw because he can't remember the exact measurements! ahahahaha! basta he puts lemongrass, pandan leaves, tamarind paste, lots of garlic, half an onion, rosemary, basil, black pepper, parsley. but before he bakes the chicken he boils it first with lots of garlic and salt and pepper.
haha! thanks to him, Pat.
