maybe i should stop listening to people who tell me how much weight i lost. it seems that every time i hear that, or every time i see how some of my new clothes have gotten looser, i start eating bad carbs again. you know how it is, you start to be complacent and before you know it, you're on a yo-yo again. i don't want that to happen.

while i do love the size i'm in right now (hey, i can fit into local xl sizes, and that's a huge deal for me because xl here is size 10), i do need to lose quite a bit more weight. i initially set out to be a size 10 and i succeeded. but that's not my ideal size, i should be 6 or 8. well, 6 on top and 8 around the hips (i got the alixes' wide hips). so i shouldn't be taking it easy, not one bit.

just a reminder to myself.

hi, was just passing by. i hope you don't mind me leaving a comment, i'm just so depressed. i too, am in a battle w/ wt issues. i looked at your before and after pics, you are amazing. really. you encouraged me. so even if you feel "äarrrgh" right now, want you to know there's one soul here that was encouraged because of you.

what you went thru and undergoing right now served its purpose.

Pat diba 8 is small na gyud kaayo? I think I'm an 8.. I don't really know my size.

I have learned over the years (about my weight) that I am the only person who can truly distinguish if I am comfy with my weight or not.

sometimes sad I don't understand people, when mo-daot, they'll say kaon sad oy.. if mo gain, mo comment sad hala nanambok ka..

mai - 8 is just medium, i think. even here, because there's still sizes 0-4 right? i think you're a 4.

you're right, only you can determine what is your own comfortable weight. and we shouldn't base our assessment on what other people say. well, unless of course you're anemic, in which case you better listen! hehehehe

pat, my size is 0-2 all over, except for my belly fat which is almost size 8. trunkal obesity daw. my body fat percentage is within obese range, but if i measure my bmi ok ra ko. pero now it boils down to my triglycerides that of 500+! deadly! i am warming up for my phase 1 next week. and have started to exercise... it's so scary that i'm a walking time bomb (dapat sex bomb hahaha ka luod!). thank you kaayo sa book!!! =D
