green tea flavoured pumpkin seeds! the yummiest healthy snack ever made on this side of the planet! =) high fibre, low carb, high protein, healthy fat. =)

I have been snacking on butong pakwan. Too bad the ones sold in the Filipino stores are old stock. The seeds are tiny and too brittle - they break apart. I like the ones fresh from Manila.

oh me too! thankfully they're available here. they come from china but they're still fresh. i guess we're lucky to be near the source.
