i love my new walking regimen!!!
1 hour of walking 5x a week is doing wonders for my legs! not to mention helping me in my weight loss! i hope this cool weather continues so it doesn't become too hot.
gosh, i can't wait to see how my legs will look at the end of the year. mini skirts beware! hahaha!
