only tough love works on me. it's not like i've never had to shed pounds before, because i have, and i did. but circumstances were different then.

oh no, i made another excuse. scratch that.

if i did it before, i can do it again. aaaaargh! it's so easy to say but i'm no match for a bowl of pasta with truffle oil and reduced white wine sauce.

please help me. anyone?

hi pat, list down all you eat daily then weigh yourself weekly and let us (me, T and mai) know how many lbs. you lost per week so at least you can be accountable for us.

you don't have to let us know your actual weight but just the no. of lbs you lost.

p.s. thanks for asking me to be one of your mentors. let me warn you, i am strict. hahaha *wink*
